Flag Football Cheer is avalible for Kids that are K - 6th (going into)


Complete one registration for each child playing. Registration Fees are as follows
$100 for each player - 1 player

 

The amount of $100 is due at the first meeting Per Child Aug 26th

Includes Cheer Suit, Poms and Registration Fees

We are a non-profit youth sports organization and your registration pays for baseballs, insurance, officials, staff, equipment cost and operating expenses. Your tax deductible contributions for team sponsorship are greatly appreciated and help cover the cost equipment & league website.

IN GIVING MY PERMISSION FOR MY CHILD TO PARTICIPATE IN STAR CITY MEN'S LEAGUE, I AGREE TO ABIDE BY ALL STAR CITY MEN'S LEAGUE BASEBALL RULES, INCLUDING THE FOLLOWING:

Only players, coaches, and officials are allowed on the playing field during games.
 Taunting of players, coaches, officials, or any other persons attending games is grounds for expulsion from the site of the game.
 Children's conduct while they are at practice and games is the ultimate responsibility of parents. Disruptive and destructive behavior
will not be tolerated.
 I grant permission to managing personnel or other league representatives to authorize and obtain medical care from any licensed
physician, hospital or medical clinic should my child become ill or injured while participating in league activities while away from
home, or at other times when neither parent is available to grant authorization for emergency treatment.
 Accident insurance is provided by the league for each child, official and coach in the program. Other than providing accident
insurance, Star City Men's League l are not responsible for injuries sustained while
participating in this program.
